Standard Shipping:
-Standard Delivery is within 5 to 7 business days. Most orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days of ordering. BlissSplash is located in Stuart, FL and we process all orders from our home base. Standard orders are delivered by USPS Monday through Friday. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.
Criteria for Returns & Exchanges:
-All returns must be received within 15 days of the shipment delivery date.
-All returns and exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags and hygenic liners still attached.
-All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
-We do not accept returns on jewelry or sale merchandise.
-Our online boutique does not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from an independent BlissSplash retailer
-Complete the bottom back portion of your invoice and enclose it with your returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking. Return shipping will not be refunded.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive merchandise from our online boutique that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned.
